Introduction

This website, hollislight.myshopify.com, and the Hollis Light Co. brand are operated by Ebuka Global s. r. o., a limited liability company registered in Bratislava, Slovak Republic, under Company ID (IČO) 57453616. You can reach us at support@hollislight.com.

In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Ebuka Global s. r. o. trading as Hollis Light Co.; "you" refers to anyone visiting the site or buying from us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referred to in them, including our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Using our store

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or be using the site with the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use our products or site for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms.

2. General conditions

We may refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason. Payment card details are encrypted and processed by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number. You may not copy, resell or exploit any part of the site without our written permission.

3. Information on this site

We work to keep product information accurate, but the site is for general information. Specifications such as size, brightness and colour temperature are as stated by our manufacturer and may vary slightly between production batches.

4. Prices and changes to the store

All prices are shown in US dollars. We may change prices, products or the site at any time. A price change won't affect an order we have already confirmed.

5. Our products

  • Hollis Monitor Light Bar: our light bar is designed to rest on flat and curved computer monitors with a suitable top edge. If you're unsure whether it fits your monitor, contact us with your monitor model before ordering.
  • Use: use the product indoors only, with a 5V USB power source, and follow the included instructions. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, modification or an unsuitable power supply.
  • Appearance: product photos are as accurate as we can make them, but colours and finishes may look slightly different on your screen.
  • Stock: products are available while stocks last.

6. Orders, billing and your details

We may limit or cancel quantities per person, household or order, for example to prevent reselling or fraud. If we cancel or change an order, we'll contact you using the email or phone number you gave and refund any payment taken. Please give accurate and up-to-date contact, payment and shipping details.

7. Shipping, delivery and delays

  • We currently ship to the United States only, with free tracked shipping.
  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 7–14 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees.
  • If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days, or tracking shows no movement for 30 days, contact us and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

8. Returns, refunds and warranty

You may return a product within 30 days of delivery. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you, and our products carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

9. Taxes and duties

No sales tax is added at checkout for US orders. If a carrier asks you to pay an import charge before delivering your order, contact us before paying, as described in our Shipping Policy.

10. Sale orders

Discounts from a sale or promotion cannot be applied to orders placed before the sale started or that have already shipped.

11. Third-party tools and links

The site may include tools or links provided by third parties, such as payment and shipment-tracking services. We don't control these services and aren't responsible for their content or practices; your use of them is governed by their own terms.

12. Reviews, comments and feedback

If you send us reviews, ideas or other feedback, you allow us to use, edit and publish it in connection with Hollis Light Co. without payment. You confirm that your submissions are your own, are truthful, and are not unlawful, offensive or misleading. We may remove any submission at our discretion.

14. Errors on the site

If the site contains an error, for example in a price, description or availability, we may correct it and cancel affected orders, even after you have placed one. If we do, we'll refund any payment in full.

15. Prohibited uses

You may not use the site to:

  • infringe our rights or anyone else's;
  • harass or abuse others;
  • give false information;
  • upload malicious code;
  • scrape or collect data from the site; or
  • interfere with its security or operation.

16. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

  • We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you, or our liability where it cannot be excluded by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

17. Indemnification

If you break these Terms or the law in using our site, you agree to cover reasonable losses, including legal costs, that we suffer as a result, to the extent permitted by law.

18. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed and the rest will continue to apply.

19. Termination

These Terms apply until ended by you or by us. You can end them by stopping use of the site. We may end or suspend your access if you break these Terms. Orders already placed remain subject to these Terms.

20. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the policies published on this site, are the whole agreement between you and us regarding use of the site and replace any earlier versions.

21. Governing law and disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
  • If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts where the law allows it.

22. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date shown at the top. Changes don't affect orders placed before the update.
