We deliver to the countries shown at checkout.

Delivery cost

Delivery is free on every order.

Delivery times

• Orders are processed and shipped from our European warehouse, usually on the next business day.
• Delivery normally takes 3–8 business days from dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees.
• For delivery before Christmas, please order by 12 December.

Tracking

When your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also use our Track Order page.

Customs and duties

Orders ship from within the EU, so there are no customs charges or import duties on delivery within the EU. Prices include VAT.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, contact us and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund. If your parcel arrives damaged, email us within 14 days with your order number and a photo.

Wrong address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away – we can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped.
