Every order ships free to addresses in the United States.
Delivery times
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after dispatch.
- Orders are shipped from our partner warehouse, and every order includes tracking.
Tracking your order
You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. Tracking can take 2–3 days to update after dispatch.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the 50 US states. We can't ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time. If you're outside the United States, email us and we'll let you know when we can deliver to you.
Taxes and duties
- No sales tax is added at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay, and shipping is free.
- Import duties: your order ships from our partner warehouse overseas. We do not expect you to pay any import duties or fees on delivery. If a carrier asks you to pay a charge before delivering your order, please contact us at support@hollislight.com before paying, and we'll sort it out for you.
- Fraud warning: we will never ask you to pay duties or fees by text message or email link. If you receive a payment request claiming to be about your order, check it on the carrier's official website or contact us first.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll fix it before the order ships. Orders sent to an incorrect address given at checkout can't be refunded.
